For 4th year in the row, Philippines tops the earth hour spot. On March 3, when the clock stucks at 8:30pm, lights were off for 60 minutes. Stats shows that 1671 Filipino towns, cities, provinces and municipalities, breaking the record with 10 more last year, has joined the rest of the world with 150 countries in taking a stand against climate change.
